1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of our web hosting, domain and related services. By placing an order or using the services you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorised use.
3. Services and provisioning
Hosting accounts are normally created automatically after payment is confirmed. Orders flagged by our fraud checks may be reviewed manually before activation. Domain registrations and transfers may be completed manually after payment.
4. Billing, renewals and late payment
Services are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Invoices are issued before the renewal date and are due on the due date shown. If auto-renew is enabled we charge your account balance on the due date; if the balance is insufficient the invoice remains unpaid. Services with unpaid invoices may be suspended after the grace period and terminated after a further period, after which data may be permanently deleted.
5. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation
Upgrades are charged pro rata for the remainder of the current term. Downgrades are reviewed by our team and do not create a refund for the current term. You may cancel at the end of the current term from your client area or request immediate cancellation; immediate cancellation deletes the account and its data.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Domain registration, transfer and renewal fees are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate services that breach it.
8. Backups and your data
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your websites and data. Any backup features we provide are an additional convenience and not a guarantee of recovery.
9. Availability
We work to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our control may cause downtime.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the preceding period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in your client area.
12. Contact
