What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, billing address, tax number), order and invoice records, payment references from payment providers, support tickets, and technical data such as IP address and browser details used for security and fraud screening.

How we use it

To provide and bill for services, create hosting accounts, communicate with you about your account, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Payment providers (to process payments), infrastructure and domain registrar partners (to provision services you ordered), and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Payment data

We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by third-party providers on their own pages.

Passwords

Your account password is stored as a one-way hash. Hosting control-panel passwords are shown or emailed to you once and are not stored by us.

Retention

Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Other data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

You can view and correct your details in your client area and may ask us to export or delete your data, subject to legal retention duties, by opening a support ticket.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in, your cart and security. Optional third-party scripts (for example analytics or chat widgets) are only active if enabled by the site administrator.
