Common questions

How fast is my hosting account set up?
As soon as your payment is confirmed your cPanel account is created automatically and the login details are emailed to you. Domain registrations are processed after payment too; if one needs a manual check, our team completes it and you are notified. Orders that our fraud checks flag are also reviewed manually.
How do I pay?
Pay each invoice from your account balance, or choose one of the payment methods shown on the invoice page. Your invoice is marked paid only after the payment provider confirms the payment to our server.
Will my service renew automatically?
If auto-renew is on, we charge your account balance on the due date. Keep your balance funded; otherwise the renewal invoice stays unpaid and you will receive reminders before the service is suspended.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades are available from your client area and are charged pro rata for the rest of your current term.
How do I cancel?
From the service page in your client area you can cancel at the end of the current term, or ask for immediate cancellation. Immediate cancellation deletes the account and its data.
