Every growing website eventually outgrows its first plan. Upgrading your hosting plan is a normal step, not a failure of the original choice, and it takes minutes from the client area when you know which size comes next.
Signs it is time to upgrade
- Storage is nearly full. Images, email and backups fill small plans first.
- Bandwidth is exceeded. Traffic growth is good news, but a plan limit turns it into downtime.
- You need another website. Starter allows one website; Business allows ten.
- Email accounts run out. Starter includes 10 mailboxes; Business includes 100.
The shared plan ladder
- Starter: Rs 300 per month, 10 GB storage, 5 GB bandwidth, 1 website, 10 email accounts.
- Business: Rs 800 per month, 50 GB storage, 25 GB bandwidth, 10 websites, 100 email accounts.
- Pro: Rs 1,800 per month, 120 GB storage, 100 GB bandwidth, 100 websites, 1,000 email accounts.
- Elite: Rs 3,000 per month, 250 GB storage, unlimited bandwidth and websites.
The WordPress plan ladder
- WP Starter: Rs 399 per month, 1 WordPress website, 10 GB storage, 100 GB bandwidth.
- WP Growth: Rs 999 per month, 3 websites, 25 GB storage, 250 GB bandwidth.
- WP Pro: Rs 1,999 per month, 10 websites, 50 GB storage, 500 GB bandwidth.
- WP Elite: Rs 3,999 per month, unlimited websites, 100 GB storage, unlimited bandwidth.
How to move
Open the upgrade option on your service page in the client area, pick the next plan, and review the new plan price before confirming. Your websites, email accounts and databases stay where they are; only the plan limits change. The same flow works in reverse if a plan turns out to be bigger than you need. If you are unsure which size fits, compare your current usage against the ladder above and pick the smallest plan that covers it with room to grow. For plan prices in full, see web hosting prices in Pakistan.
Upgrade when a limit is hit, not before. A plan that fits with headroom is cheaper than a plan you pay for and never use.
